When approaching a challenging UX project, I first focus on understanding the problem and the users' needs through research, such as user interviews or usability testing.

 

From there, I break the project down into manageable phases and create prototypes or wireframes to explore potential solutions. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is key to refining ideas and ensuring the design aligns with technical constraints and business goals.
